Training Division Online Fire and EMT Training Courses

The courses we offer, including Fire Academy and EMT School, can be taken from the comfort of your home and/or station. Upon successful completion of each course you will receive a certificate. All of our courses have been approved through Texas, an IFSAC state, which allows transfer to other IFSAC states and Canada. All of our courses, including our EMT Basic, have been written to exceed NREMT and NFPA. Online Fire Academy

Online ECA / First Responder
ECA / First Responder The ECA/First Responder course was designed for anyone seeking knowledge and certification in medical first response. Much like our popular fire academy design, the classroom portion of this course is completed online. After successful completion of the classroom, the student will attend a weekend hands on skills session. The practical skills are formatted in a scenario based learning environment. This course contains the required medical hours necessary for Basic Firefighter certification. The First Responder course is ideal for reciprocity of out of state and International students. Online EMT-Basic

Emergency Medical Technician - EMT Basic This course is designed to teach students to become emergency Medical Technicians. Much like our popular Fire Academy design, students complete the classroom portion online. Online EMT- Intermediate

EMT-Intermediate 99

This interactive online course is intended for those interested in advancing their careers in Emergency Medicine. The EMT-Intermediate 99 is the first half and prerequisite for the Paramedic program available summer of 2008. Students who desire to become certified at the Paramedic level need to get started and enroll in the EMT-I 99 today!

Prior to starting the hands-on portion of the course you MUST have: A current EMT-Basic certification. (Out of state students must posess a National Registry certification) A current CPR card, Proof of a background check, Medical release form: MMR, TD, Hep B, PPD and a 10 panel drug screen

EMT-Paramedic

This interactive online course is intended for those interested in advancing their careers in Emergency Medicine. The EMT-Paramedic is the second and final semester to the Paramedic Academy. After successful completion of this course, you will be eligible to apply for the National Registry Paramedic Testing.

Prior to starting the course you MUST have: A current EMT-Intermediate certification and take the Online Paramedic Pre Entrance Exam. (Out of state students must possess a National Registry certification) a current CPR card, proof of a background check, medical release form, MMR, TD, Hep B, PPD and a 10 panel drug screen.
